Terms of service.

Refund

Refunds are available for any single one-on-one session only if cancelled before 24 hours of the scheduled session.

Refunds are not available for packages or group events. A large time commitment is required, and it will limit the amount of other clients I am able to schedule in for sessions during that timeframe. If you want to make sure this breathwork style is the correct choice for you, I suggest booking a single private in-person or Zoom session first. If you end up wanting to move forward with the full package, I can apply the fee for that journey towards the total package price.

It can take up to 14 days to fully process a refund, and may take several days for it to reflect in your bank account.

Payment

Payment is due 24 hours before the start of the session via a completed invoice sent via email. A completed invoice payment policy is required to reserve the time set aside for the session. If a session needs to be rescheduled before the 24 hour policy, payment will be applied to the rescheduled time.

Late Policy and Rescheduling

Please plan to honor the full timeframe we have scheduled in for this session. The full allotted timeframe is required for grounding, safety, and integration. I know that sometimes things happen out of our control, so if you suspect you will be running late to our session, whether in-person or via Zoom, please send a text message to (916) 741-2404. If I do not have other bookings after your scheduled session, I may be able to accommodate a one-time tardy policy for a slightly later time. If you will be more than 15 minutes late, and I have a booking after your session, your journey will be cancelled without a refund.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. I will honor a one-time reschedule per client. If you are not able to show up to the rescheduled time, you will be charged in full. For packages, you can reschedule one appointment without a charge, as long as you notify me 24 hours before the session.

Cancelations

If you have booked a private session, and need to cancel, there is no fee so long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session. For cancelations made after the 24 hours or no-shows, you will be charged in full. Please contact me if you have any questions about this policy.

Confidentiality

All conversations during our sessions will remain strictly confidential except in very rare circumstances where decreed by law for example, where the court might issue a subpoena for the file or spoken information. Exceptions to confidentiality relate to circumstances such as serious intent to harm self or others, child abuse, intent to commit suicide, etc.

Some exceptions may occur when there is a need to consult a medical or mental healthcare provider to gain further understanding on content discussed in a session. This will only occur with expressed written consent from the client with anonymity. Otherwise, all remaining content is kept strictly confidential.

It is important to be aware of the potential risk in using media such as the internet and mobile phones. If you use these to communicate with me, then I will assume that it is appropriate to continue to do so in my interactions with you.
