Breathwork Study

“The structure of Holotropic Breathwork (similar to the activation-style breath I use) allows the experiences to be private, in a safe and supportive environment, non-directive, and spontaneous. It is a non-intrusive therapy and offers significant benefits in terms of emotional catharsis and internal spiritual exploration, according to the participants. The lack of even one single reported adverse sequelae in more than 11,000 Holotropic Breathing in-patients over more than 12 years, indicates that Holotropic Breathwork could be considered a low risk therapy to assist patients with an extremely broad range of psychological problems and existential life issues.”

Breathing in to it…

You are guided during each session to explore your body’s deep intuitive healing nature. Breathwork offers you a direct, personal experience of healing and transformation, and the effects can last a lifetime.

This is profoundly beneficial if you have been feeling the call to process unresolved emotions, gain insight in to pain in your body, get inspiration and clarity, or feel a re-connection to your life.

Many of us have imbalances in our physical, emotional, energetic, and nervous systems, that naturally begin to balance through the use of conscious breathing techniques.

Breathwork is a bottom-up processing somatic modality, which is helpful if you are seeking to safely access the source of emotions that have been stored in your tissues and nervous system. By allowing these trapped energies in your body to flow again, you begin to transform, one breath at a time.

In addition to our session, you will learn daily, integrative techniques and practices to support you on furthering your journey.
