A one-on-one breathwork session is designed to be tailored to your individual needs, intentions and personal goals. These sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home, or at a location of your choice.

Single private session- $289

Couples private session- $389.

Both individuals within the partnership must fill out questionnaires and waivers.

2.5-3 hours in duration

These sessions are done virtually via Zoom. These are ideal for those out of my service area who are seeking deep self-healing. I provide guidance and facilitation throughout the whole session, and it is tailored to your individual needs, intentions and goals.

Private Zoom Sessions- $255

2.5-3 hours in duration

Bring 3-10 of your friends, family or coworkers together for a private group session in the comfort of your own home or preferred location. If you have a venue in mind, or if you’d like me to inquire about venues I’m familiar with, rental costs will be added and arranged in advance. You can all bring your personal intentions or goals, or the session can be tailored to a group intention or goal.

Each member must complete a questionnaire and waiver.

Group sessions- $144 per person.

As an RN married to a teacher, I know personally that alternative wellness is becoming more essential to those deeply affected by the pandemic.
